This is the cartoon that "Charlie Hebdo" ran and that is supposedly the prime mover for their offices being firebombed.
The magazine has now renamed itself “Charia Hebdo”.
For those who don’t read French, the bubble says “100 lashes if you don’t die of laughter”.
